  • Free shipping is available for orders above SGD 120 or during promotional campaigns.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location (see Shipping FAQ).
  • All orders include tracking; customers will receive tracking details via email.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after inspection of the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to error or defect on our part).
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).International orders may incur customs duties or taxes at the buyer’s expense.
  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.
